Warnemünde was founded in about 1200, and for centuries remained a simple fishing village. In 1323 Warnemünde was purchased by the city of Rostock in order to safeguard the city’s access to the Baltic Sea. Today Warnemünde is a seaside resort on the coast of Germany where our cruise ship, the Celebrity Constellation was docked. |
